Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the students with the advanced level of knowledge of the International Environmental Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will have the advance knowledge in international environmental law.
2   be able to assess the acquired knowledge critically on basic principles, cases and norms.
3   be able to define and analyse disputes, offer a resolution by referring to international environmental law, regimes.
4   be able to take individual responsibility
5   be able to take responsibility as a group/team member
6   be able to speak and write English at Common Framework of Reference Level B1.
7   be able to use information technology (computer skills) at the advanced level
