Course Objective

To investigate the innovations in fabric design and production in materials and techniques developed with the latest technology and to examine the application areas of such fabrics and to reveal what kind of innovative effects can be developed.

1   To know the textile materials developed with the latest technologies and follow innovations closely
2   Having knowledge about fabrics fabricated with textile materials developed with latest technologies
3   Being informed about textile firms and fabric designers, fashion designers who reveal fabrics formed with textile materials developed with latest technologies
4   To be able to gain innovative effects on fabrics, color, shape, different textile structures, pattern integrity with the textile materials developed with latest technologies

1. It is compulsory to attend 70% of the course.

3. Failure to attend the class will not be considered as a valid excuse for late submission of the given presentations.
4. In delayed presentations, there will be a score reduction equivalent to one letter grade for each delayed day.
