Course Objective

By designing and producing advanced products about the computer-aided design and
production processes, it aims to have presentation knowledge and skill with the help of
the technological and up-to-date presentation methods that are suitable for the
requirements of the industry.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Providing knowledge and skill of using advanced level of technology for design, production and presentation
2   Learning the types, technologies, creative processes and design concept of presentation design during the specialization process
3   Learning the relation of the presentation design with the areas of graphic design, visual communication design and industrial products design
4   Comprehending the interdisciplinary interaction that has relation with design area
5   By using the methods to search the problems encountered about design area, developing new strategic approaches and achieving the solution by taking responsibility

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

1. The course is conducted with 2 projects (design + application) for one period.
2. The projects are arranged to develop the knowledge and skills of students on the
subjects of design.
3. The process, schedule, application principles are located in the project
explanation.
4. The project process is carried out as research, design and application.
5. The student presents the requirements within the scope of project at the end of each
project. He/she conveys the project process verbally.

with the objective, process and schedule of the project. The student who successfully
completes the project by having also attended to the course gets passing mark.
