1 Introduction. To inform the students about the lesson. To suggest textbooks.
2 To make the students to understand the process of film making by watcing samples to see the pre-production process.
3 How is the idea of the film formed What is plot Is it necessary What is the story of the film and what are the features of the story What is logline
4 What is synopsis How is synopsis written Is it necessary
5 Explaining tretman and discussions of the tretman samples.
6 The discussions about opinions and thoughts of the professionals by means of interviews, documentaries.
7 What is character What does it mean for the script
8 Practising for the students.
9 Reading, discussing and evaluating the students works.
10 What is scene, what is sequence, what is screen What are their usages
11 Explaining the dialogue writing techniques.
12 Discussions of how dialogue, caharcter e.t.c. setups are done by watching parts from sample films.
13 Explaining the codes of three act structure and its functioning.

Assessment Criteria

The students are supposed to use their script knowledge which they 've learned in the class, and to hand in assignments which are proper for the script writing. The asssessments and evaluations of the lesson consist of submission of the projects, submission of homework and attendance to lesson.

1.The academical and theoretical information about the script and the process of script writing is lectured.
2. The discussions are made by critisizing the film script samples and materials such as scripts, film, documentaries, interviews e.t.c.)
3.The objective is to improve the writing skills of the students by practising.
