Course Objective

To try to comprehend the relations between different art disciplines and cultures with a philosophical dimension based on Gothic aesthetics.
To examine the effects of the visual and narrative structure of Gothic aesthetics on art disciplines.

1   Students will have a holistic perspective on the historical development of gothic aesthetics
2   Students interpret how gothic aesthetics relates to different cultures
3   The student analyzes the relationships between different branches of art.
