Course Objective

To demonstrate how the Turkish judicial apply the principles of labour law and legislation in practice by case-based problem solving in the light of Labour Law from
the judicial decisions at bachelor's level.

3   Be able to examine the legal facts faced in working life of theLabor law in the

1 Labor Law properties, which is dominated by Labor Law principles
2 Basic concepts (workplace,operation, employer)
3 The scope of labor law, the definition of the employment contract and the types
4 Liabilities arising from employment contract
5 Triple labor relations (the original subcontractor employers relationship between temporary employment relationship)
6 Triple labor relationships (Commercial speed and work transfer agreement)
7 Case solution
8 Mid-term
9 Organization of work
10 Substantial change in working conditions and the change termination
11 The concept of job security and the termination from a valid cause
12 Extra hours work
13 Annual leave with pay, weekly rest day, national and public holiday
14 Occupational Health and Safety
