Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the students with the advanced level of knowledge of the use of force in international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Acquire advanced knowledge in the use of force in International Law.
2   Evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications.
3   Define and analyze conflicts which require specialization, offer a resolution by refering to related theoritical approaches, reach a conclutionand report it both verbally and written.
4   Achieve self-discipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
5   Develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda.
