Initiate a holistic enhancement to eliminate the comunicational traumas of the body and promote the balance and enhance the posture; provide comfort in physical and energy levels, enable emotional regulation, functional motion, effective breathing and attain better voice performances for a better artist profile;

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Promote a positive effect on the whole being (body, mind and spirit).
2   Initiating life awareness, might enhance self dicipline, creative mind and visual esthetics.
3   Help develop a powerful, careful, observant, coping and happy artist personality by applying awareness, creativity and focus on craft.
4   Breathing exercises may have positive effect on the autonomic nervous system and help the diaphragm and enhance voice capacity to higher pitches.
5   Help enhance creativity and artistic success beyond the limits with a healthy existance as body-mind-spirit.
