Course Objective

It aims teaching application and techniques of theatrical makeup. It contains describing makeup history and its applications changing according to various periods and defining its place in performing arts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1.Convey makeup properties of different periods and cultures to our day with scientific research
2   2. Be able to recognize makeup materials and their usage areas
3   3.To make basic applies as lightning and shadowing
4   4.Be able to present theoretical and practical knowledge he gained by makeup practices used in field of performing arts to his audience impersenation of historical person or a person has very special structure with makeup on his face
5   5. Relation between stage light and stage wideness makes expect to reveal the mimics and face appearance
