Course Objective

To provide to learn and be applied light microscopy and histochemical staining evaluated all the steps in establishing the tissue preparation.

1   Defining fixatives
2   Able to apply the methods of fixation
3   Identify and apply methods of histological protocols
4   Able to apply the technique of sectioning of tissue blocks to the required thickness
5   Identify and apply methods of staining
