Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to become skilful at developing theories and models by synthesising the basic concepts that constitute nursing practices with organizational and nursing theories.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. The student can comprehend the importance of organizational theories in terms of nursing management.
2   2. The student can synthesise organizational theories with nursing theories.
3   3. The student can critically assess organizational theories
4   4. The student can use organizational theories for the solution of nursing management problems
5   5. The student can use organizational theories in nursing management researches.
6   6. The student can develop convenient models for our country by using organizational and nursing theories.
