Course Objective

Investigating the teacher education systems in Türkiye and having knowledge related to developments in primary school teacher education in world.

1   Understands the importance of the first literacy and teaching Turkish.
2   Knows the first literacy and Turkish literature.
3   Evaluate the first literacy and Turkish teaching literature.
4   Compares the first literacy and Turkish teaching models in the world.

Assessment Criteria

1. Students learning level will be evaluated with mid-term and final examination.
2. The homeworks will be assessed by directly adding to the mid-term scores.

1. It is obligated to continue to at least 70 % of lessons .
2. None ethical behaviours and studies will be finalized with disciplinary proceedings.
3. The instructor has right to make quizzes. The scores obtained from quizzes will be directly added to mid-term and final examination scores.
