Course Objective

The understanding of the state in Turks and the principles and state functions that
dominate the Turkish constitutions will be explained.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to understand the concept of state in Turks
2   To be able to comprehend the idea of constitutionalism in Turks
3   To be able to analyze the basic principles of the state in Turkish constitutions
4   Being able to assimilate the idea of democracy in Turkish constitutions
5   Understanding human rights in Turkish constitutions
6   To be able to analyze the relationship between political power, legitimacy and constitutional state in Turkish constitutions.
