Course Objective

To explain and teach the basic principles and rules related to Protection of Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage . To explain and teach the relationship of this dicipline with other diciplines, public law and private law diciplines

1   Define the basic concepts concerning the Protection of Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage
2   To explain the relationship between Protection of Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage and other branches of science except for law
3   To compare Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage in the rules of public law and private law
4   To examine the contribution of international law and institutions on conservation of Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage
5   To apply the rules for the protection of Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage to judicial and administrative judiciary proceedings

5 The effect of the regulations which related with Immovable Cultural and Natural Heritage where UNESCO United Nations and the specialized agencies and the international conventions, declarations and other documents, to Turkish Law
6 The effect to the Turkish Lawof regulations on the protection of immovable cultural and natural herigate established within the Council of Europe international conventions, declarations and other documents
7 Ministries and government agencies charged with protecting the cultural and natural heritage
8 Midterm exam
9 Structure and functions of the High Council of Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection
10 Structure and functions of Regional Conservation Councils
11 Concepts and types of cultural and natural assets and protected
