Course Objective

Social security law is one of the most important values of our era. The principle of social security from cradle to grave , which exists as a universal law, continues its importance all over the world increasingly. Association under the social security system is an important goal in consideration of ILO's conventions and recommendations. In the doctoral grade of such a lecture, the social security systems in the world will be examined, by taking consideration the social security crises in the world. PhD students will also be provided with knowledge on the social security system and its problems in the world.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Determination of problems arising in the place and function of social security law in the world and search for solutions
2   Historical development of social security law in the world and determination of its effects
3   To teach the main systems and application that affect social security law in the World
4   Determination of the relationship between social security law and social aid law in the world and the obligations of public institutions on this issue
5   Economic crises of social security law in the world in practice and approaches and suggestions against these crises.
