Course Objective |
It has been observing that most of the lawyer in practice are behaving very recessive about solving the problems in the area of the law of succession. The very one of the reasons of that is teaching the law of succesion in the law schools only two hours weekly, although it is a very large and complex area of civil law. The obcektive of this course, which is about one of the most important subjects of the law of succession, is to give an opportunity at least to the lawyers who will have a master degree for improving their knowledge in this area. |
