Course Objective

The princles of alterations in articles of incorporation and consider the subject as increase of capital, legal situation of the preferred partners.

1	Be able to evaluate the rules on the concept of alterations in articles of incorporation

3	Be able to explain the rating of meeting and decision in alterations in articles of incorporation

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

In the first seven weeks, course will be explained; in the remaining seven weeks it will be provided that making seminar presentations and at the end of these presentations contribution of students to deliberations about the subject.
