Course Objective

Students will learn that Islamic law sects how to defend their views and how to critized other's views.

1   Stundents have knowledge about the causes of sects conflict, 2   Understands the difference between Cedel and Hilaf, 3   Recognizes the literature on ilm al-hilaf, 4   Understands the existence of different perspectives, 5   Understands the ability to examine a topic from many different perspectives.
