Course Objective

Acquisition of knowledge and skills in importance of basic communication skills in healthcare services, doctor-patient relationships, importance of communication skills in complicated and difficult situations, group dynamics.

2   To explain the principles of listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy and assertivity skills
3   To explain the principles of effective feedback receiving and giving
4   To discuss the role of basic communication skills in group dynamics
