The objective of this course is to provide students, examining the existing literature and theories in the field of Intercultural and Diversity Management, understand and analyze the multicultural labor market appropriate strategic choices

Assessment Criteria

Midterm exam: measured levels of students to extrapolate using knowledge acquired.
Assignment and Presentation: Students with a holistic approach by analyzing the level of their knowledge to make a comment, discuss and solve the levels assessed with the data transfer capabilities.
Final Exam: Students are bridging between the concepts discussed during the course, causality and relationships, to evaluate the level of discussion and propose the solution to be measured.

1. It is obligatory to attend at least 70% of the classes.
2. Violations of Plagiarism of any kind will result in disciplinary steps being taken.
3. Follow appropriate business etiquette regarding cell phones.
4. Home-works and presentations should be prepared based on the format given in the beginning of the semester.
