Course Objective

The aim of the Organizational Behavior course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the individual, group, and organizational dynamics that influence behavior within workplaces.
Overall, the aim of the Organizational Behavior course is to provide students with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior within organizations and to prepare them to effectively manage and lead in diverse organizational contexts. Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical applications, and experiential exercises, students will develop the skills and insights necessary to thrive in today's complex and dynamic workplace environments.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand individual behavior in organizations, including diversity, attitudes, job satisfaction, emotions, moods, personality, values, perception, decision making, and motivational theories
2   Understand group behavior in organizations, including communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict, and negotiations.
3   Understand the organizational system, including organizational structures, culture, human resources, and change.
