Course Objective

Ottoman vakayinüvisliğinden, the period from the modern historiography, is to consider the phases of Turkish historiography.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Classical Ottoman historiography, along with the movements of modernization in the process of change. the transition to apply scientific methods to historical writing historiography
2   History of the Ottoman Committee, II. Constitutional Monarchy was established with the Turkish History Research Society of the Republic with the work of historiography, able to compare the work of the Turkish Historical Society
3   Community Centres history studies, Direction and Staff of the work of popular history as the movement of both academic and analyzing processes.
4   How it affects their understanding of the history of historiography in Türkiye flows araştırabilme in the world.
5   Into the center of the ideological debate into the history of social science historian facts and documents now use the scientific method to evaluate new approaches.
