Course Objective

The applicaton of the law of social insurance and general health insurance by article 5510 on concrete case studies about general health insurance laws with the short and
long term insurance branches.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to concept of social law, social security and social insurance to relate the case law and judicial case
2   Being able to compare International social security agreements and Turkish Social Security Law by giving examples of outlined legislation
3   Being able to relate premium and without premium system regulation with concrete case studies and judical decisions
4   Being able to explain the law of social insurance and general health insurance by article 5510 and people who are subjected this law with concrete studies
5   Being able to apply basic priciples and rules about short term insurance branch of the law of social insurance and general health insurance by article 5510 with concrete case studies
6   Being able to apply basic priciples and rules about long term insurance branch of the law of social insurance and general health insurance by article 5510 with concrete case studies
7   Being able to apply basic priciples and rules about optional insurance branch of the law of social insurance and general health insurance by article 5510 with concrete case studies

1 Case study on the concepts of social security and social insurance solution and analysis of judicial decisions
2 To compare international isocial security agreements with the Turkish social security legislations with case study and judical decisions
3 Analysis of case studies about individuals who are deemed to be holders of universal health insurance
4 The scope of the law of 5510 according to time and place about solving events
5 From the point of view of finance and premiums the application of the law of 5510 to solve case studies
6 The place of Sickness and maternity status in concrete events juridical events
7 Case Study
8 Mid-term Exam
9 The analysis of case studies about old - age insurance and social security support premium
10 The analysis of case studies about invalidity and death insurance
11 Case studies about requirements of the universal health insurance the rights derived from it
12 Common terms of the law of 5510 about all insurances
