Course Objective |
To examine relevant Turkish legislation, comparative law datas, international covenant provisions (especially European Convention on Human Rights and UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women), Constitutional Court decisions and other important judicial decisions and international supervisory mechanisms decisions by explaining subjects regarding human rights of women, equality between women and men and discrimination against women; in this context to emphasize necessity of equality of women and men in order to existing of real equality, human rights and democracy in a society. |
