Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to achieve a necessary understanding of the development of the socio-economic structure of Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries. To explain the consequences of the Industrial Revolution.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The effect of political developments in the 18th century on the socio-economic life of Europe
2   The development of the socio-economic structure of Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries
3   Learning the basic information about the Economic Doctrines that emerged in the 19th century and their effects.
4   Understanding the development process and effects of the Industrial Revolution
5   Learning the effects of increasing economic competition in Europe and the preparation process for the causes of the First World War.
