Course Objective

To provide the student with necessary competences on improving the quality of tourism services by informing the students on tourism services departments, the related materials and techniques for tourism services.

1   Being able to identify department structure and the materials to be used.
2   Being able to apply the techniques for tourism services.
3   Being able to explain the menu to the guests.
4   Being able to make table services, services made with knives and services at fireside.
5   Being able to follow up the trends in techniques for tourism services.
