Course Objective

The aim of the course is to develop a perspective on the service sector and to master the issues related to the field with information, ideas and examples that guide the marketing of intangible services and to be able to think strategically on these issues.

Assessment Criteria

The five learning outcomes will be assessed by midterm and final exams, and competence level of the students in terms of the planned outcomes will also be tested with case study discussions.
