Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop knowledge and skill in subjects of health policies in Türkiye and in the world and critical approach towards these policies, health policies and history of nursing, current laws about nursing, government policies, political advocacy of nursing, political development samples in Türkiye and in the world, basic philosophy of health policies, analysis and strategies

3   Explaining the effectiveness of nursing in health policies
4   Explainin the effectiveness of nursing organizations in other countries on health policies

2 The historical development of health policies, with examples from the world and its effect on nursing
3 Globalization and change of health systems
4 Social determinants of health and global health governance -- the media's role in influencing policy
5 Social policy phenomenon and prepare conditions to it, Financing models in health care
6 Politics, policy and their relationship to nursing
7 Research; As a policy tool.
8 Health transition program in Türkiye and the effects on nursing and community.
9 Lobbying and nursing
10 Working in the community for change
