Course Objective |
To reveal the formation, development and institutionalization of Islamic education in the historical process. To examine the scientific understanding of Islam, which was influential in the formation of Islamic educational theory, and the Quranic verses and hadiths that are the source of them. To discuss the development of Islamic education in Mecca and Medina period starting from the time of Prophet Muhammad. It is to evaluate the educational movements and institutionalization after the Prophet in Islamic education until it comes to madrasahs. To analyze the establishment, development and closure processes of madrasas, which are one of the most important elements of formal religious education. |
