Course Objective

The aim of this course is to explain and teach the basic topics, arising and developments of Ishraq philosophy. In account of this course student will learn an important school of Islamic philosophy and gain fruitful informations in this area.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student will learn sources, rising reasons of Ishraq philosophy.
2   The student will comprehend the relationship of this philosophy with ancient philosophies and ideas.
3   The student will learn the relationship of Ishraq philosophy with theology and philosophy.
4   The student will learn the method of Ishraq philosophy.
5   The student will learn the approach of Ishraq philosophy to the relationship between religion and philosophy.
6   The student will learn the of Ishraq Philosophy over Islamic Philosophy
