Course Objective

To investigate the methodological hadith issues in detail.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the source works of rivâyetu l-hadith.
2   Analyizing the arrangement of classical hadith works
3   Applying the methodological rules of hadith on texts of rivaya.
4   Gaining the reading skill to hadith collections.
5   Analyizing the contentious issues in hadith.

1 The definition and extention of sciences of Riwaya al Hadith.
2 Discussions on registering of Hadith.
3 Being confused of writing and collecting of Hadiths (tadwin) and its results
4 Beginning of the period of classification and primitive sources.
5 The books which include special topics.
6 Hadith literature on theolojical themes.
7 Hadith sources on mistik themes
8 Hadith sources about future events and fitnas.
9 Hadith literature on the subjects of Islamic jurisprudence.
10 The books which including of Prophets personal opinions.
11 The definition and extention of sciences of Riwaya al Hadith.
12 Discussions on registering of Hadith.
13 Being confused of writing and collecting of Hadiths (tadwin) and its results.
