Course Objective

The aim of the course is to examine in depth the subject of proof and evidence, which is of great importance in terms of practice and theory, with graduate students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Examining the rules of proof in the Code of Civil Procedure
2   Examining the types of evidence valid in civil judgment
3   To increase the level of knowledge in academic literature on proof and evidence and judicial decisions
4   Examining the civil law of proof in depth within the framework of judicial fundamental rights

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The lectures will take place after the lecturer explains certain subjects, and they will be examined mainly within the scope of judicial decisions. Students will be given a seminar assignment or a judicial decision review assignment, and the lessons will be held interactively with the participation of the students.
