Course Objective

Current Labour law problems issue one of the most common types of cases in practice and have certain special features in terms of civil proceedings. Although labour law are extremely important in this respect, theoretically they are subject to some rules beyond undergraduate education. In this respect, students will have in-depth knowledge about labour law current problems that do not have a special place in undergraduate education.

1   The basic features of Labor Law
2   Comparison with contract law and other branches of law in labor law
3   Addressing mandatory rules in labor law and gaining a different perspective
4   Employee rights arising from law and contracts in labor law
5   The limits of the workplace with the authority of referral and administration in labor law

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The course will be taught through the lecture of the instructor and an interactive way will be provided by the active participation of the students. In this context, small assignments will be given to the students, and the lectures aim to help students gain a more in-depth perspective on specific topics.
