Course Objective |
Current Labour law problems issue one of the most common types of cases in practice and have certain special features in terms of civil proceedings. Although labour law are extremely important in this respect, theoretically they are subject to some rules beyond undergraduate education. In this respect, students will have in-depth knowledge about labour law current problems that do not have a special place in undergraduate education. |

The course will be taught through the lecture of the instructor and an interactive way will be provided by the active participation of the students. In this context, small assignments will be given to the students, and the lectures aim to help students gain a more in-depth perspective on specific topics. |
