Course Objective |
To analyze an evaluate historical financial events, thoughts and systems in terms of the periods that they belong. To set light to changing public service functions and its financing methods at various historical periods. To provide students with information and the ability to comment as to evaluating financial thoughts and opinion. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
The lecture will be given by the responsible faculty member interactively and the students will do researches and discussions. For this reason the participation and attendance of the students are important factors for their performance at the end of the term. The students performance will be effected positively if they read the sources given before and participate to the lessons actively. |

The students regarding course content will be distributed through the topics of presentations by preparing papers to make presentations will be encouraged by active participation in the course.
