Course Objective

The objective of this course is to analyze tourism investment projects and capital budgeting providing long term revenue to tourism businesses.

1   To be able to differentiate investment decisions from other business decision in tourism.
2   To be able to steps taken in a feasibility analysis in tourism.
3   To be able to classify and apply investment project evaluation methods.
4   To be able to make tourism investment project decision in certainty conditions.
