Course Objective

Explain the methods used for designing and improving the processes in businesses and evaluate the methods used for measuring and improving the business performance.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have information about designing the processes in businesses and to understand the creation of competetive processes
2   To be able to make the efficiency calculations in business processes and measure the performance of processes.
3   To be able to apply the output quality evaluation methods.
4   To be able to understand the basic concepts about business performance measurement and auditing.
5   To be able to create and use the performance criterions.
6   To be able to recognize abd use the performance measurement methods.
