Course Objective

The objective of this course is to comprehend concept and scope of organizational development and deal with effective management, identify the importance of management functions, learn to apply and judge fundamental objectives and tools of effective management in terms of health institution.

1   Identifying organizational development construct.
2   Realize the need for change and development of organizations.
3   Identifying organizational problems.
4   Recognizing stages of organizational development and analyzing organizations in accordance with these stages.
5   Specifying fields to intervene at individual, group and organization level.
6   Exercising intervention techniques to organizational processes at the individual, group and organization level.
