Course Objective

Objective of this course is to teach the legal and organizational structure of the European Union.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to interpret the fundamental principles govern the organizational structure of the EU 2   to explain the functions, mission and arrangements or implications of the competent bodies, institutions and entities in the EU s organizational structure 3   to interpret functioning of the legal order (instruments) set forth within the EU Law 4   to make comments on sources and resources of the EU Law 5   to determine and to evaluate main problems concerning the legal and organizational structure of the EU Law.
