Course Objective

1- To teach basic notions of science, social science, law and philophogy of science.
2- To teach methods of formal and contextual analysis of law s rules.
3- To inform about lots of topics like raising resources, attribution, plan, footnote.

2   To be able to comment about rules of law.
3   To be able to explain how to write thesis, essay and other studies.
4   To be able to analyse legally and logically
5   To be able to have mind of law s ethics.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Main informations of the course objektive and content ; To inform about methods of how to teach lesson.
2 Methods and content of methods; Science, scientific knowledge, social sciences and natural sciences. Relation between law and moral; To inform about topics of relation between law and moral.
3 To argue about being science of law. Problem about how to describe law.
4 Logic and rules of logic. Reasoning, deduction, comparison. Mistakes of argument.
5 Difference between principle of law and law of nature; Notion of Kelsen rule.
6 Types and system of laws rules;
7 Relation between language and idea. To argue about relation between language and idea.
8 Midterm Exam
9 To research another notions and disciplines about law: Dogmatic of law, philosophy of law, sociology of law, history of law, positive law, natural law
10 Legal system ; basic principle of law, policies of law, relation between national law and international law.
11 Sciencific studies at law Methods of researching Scientific studies: thesis, essay, presentation etc.
12 Rules about how to write thesis; Originality of scientific moral and scientific studies. To determine topics of studies.
13 To make plan and a lot of plan s systmes. To raise resources
14 Rules about how to write thesis. To reach resources at internet Footnote, attribution and informations about source. Rules of that how to write thesis. To use resources To have style when using resources.
