Course Objective

To gain the ability to develop a strategy for the real economies within the framework of industrial economics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analyze dynamics for the competitiveness at the level of the industry and the company oriented to the real sector with applied methods
2   To be able to discuss game theory based strategies.
3   To be able to comprehend the concept of static and Dynamic Games of Complete and Incomplete Information.
4   To be able to discuss the similarities and differences between game theory and the findings of Efficiency measurement techniques to analyze the dynamics of the competition (DEA and SFA)
5   To develop strategies based on game theory.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The methods of game theory are used to test practical knowledgeand findings with reference of the applied literatüre and textbooks. Some methods are used which analyze applied findings from computer programs.
