Course Objective |
In the course the students should be able to define biosensors as analytical devices incorporating a biological material integrated within a physicochemical transducer, or transducing microsystem, which may be optical, electrochemical, thermometric, piezoelectric or magnetic. In addition the students will learn where and which purposes the biosensors can be used. |
