Course Objective |
|
The course provides information about the definition, special properties and recovery systems of fine particles in the mineral processing industry. A theoretical and practical understanding of advanced flotation techniques (flocculation, jet flotation, oil agglomeration, electro-flotation, ion flotation, micro-flotation, column flotation), advanced magnetic seperation techniques and multi-gravity systems is also provided. |

The evaluation will be performed by the responses to the questions asked during the course. EC 2-EC 3 and EC4 evaluation will be conducted with the follow-up reports of lab. studies. The rest of EC will be evaluated by the related questions asked in the exams. |
