Course Objective

Obtaining knowlegde on the short history of viral epidemiology, viral infection barriers, innate immune responses against viral infections, adaptive immune responses against viral infections, immune memory against viral infections, mechanisms of viral pathogenesis, mechanisms by which viruses evade host antiviral responses, vaccines developed against viruses and antiviral drugs
