Course Objective

To provide an understanding of effective management of human resources and techniques and to gain perspective on all matters relating to employees of a company

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to learn theoretical and practical knowledge in human resource management
2   Students will be able to gain the ability to analyze the management of human resources and human relations
3   Students will be able to understand the importance of human resource management for business
4   Students will be able to understand human resources in terms of importance of the strategic management of the company
5   Students will be able to have information about to find the presence of prospective employee and selection process
6   Students will be able to discuss issues related to human resources and gain the ability to propose solutions

Exams: There will be held on two in class exams; midterm exam and final exam during the semester.
Grades: 50 % Midterm Exam, 50 % Final Exam, 50 % Make-up Exam.
