Course Objective

This course aims to make students competent in terms of skills and knowledge of origin and impact of organizational behavior.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to explain the basics of organizational behavior
2   Being able to understand effects of organizational behavior.
3   Being able to understand impact of organizational behavior on productivity
4   Being able to evaluate issues of organizational behavior specific to health institutions
5   Being able to propose solutions to behavioral problems encountered in organizations
