Course Objective

The aim of this course is to gain competences related to quality assurance and standards at work to students.

1   To be able to explain the concepts of Quality, safety, standard, standardization, occupational standards
2   To be able to classify quality standards
3   To be able to identify infrastructure of ISO 9000 quality management system
4   To be able to compare other management systems related to quality
5   To be able to sort statistical quality control methods and other control methods
