Course Objective

1- To have the fundamental concepts of constitutional law (the resources of constitutional law, the analysis of political power and state in terms of constitutional law ascertained.
2- To analyze the fundamental establishment of the state (legislation, execution, legislation) within the frame of scientific methodology of constitutional law,
3- To analyze the fundamental rights and freedoms in a context of relations of an individual and a state constitutional law

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have a competence of evaluating fundamental entities and concepts of constitutional law.
2   To be able to analyze the issues of constitutional law with scientific methods.
3   To be able to express the relations of constitutional law with other branches of law.
4   To be able to analyze the concepts and institutions of rule of law, social state, democracy, human rights, fundamental rights and freedoms in constitutional law within the frame of establishment of a state and the relation between a state and an individual
5   To be able to evaluate academic current developments in the light of constitutional law
