Course Objective

The objective of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and foundations of law to the students. In this course, basic and general information regarding the courses, which they will be instructed throughout their education, are given to the students and the infrastructure for the prospective law courses is prepared for the students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to explain the concepts of law.
2   Being able to interpret the rules of law.
3   Being able to distinguish law branches.
4   Being able to identify the jurist identity.
5   Being able to apply the rules of law for settlement of disputes.
6   Having a full command of basic concepts, foundations, rules and resources; being able to give methodological and ethical basics of law.
7   Being able to recognize the law, law system and judgment organization.
