Course Objective

To be able to understand and solve the problems encountered in organizational life.
To seek an answer to the question of how organizational performance can be improved.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the concepts related to Organizational Behavior.
2   To be able to summarize the approaches that form the basis of organizational behavior and the main difficulties experienced in terms of organizational behavior.
3   Recognizing and managing differences within the organization
4   To have knowledge about personality, beliefs, attitudes and values, work attitudes, motivation, perception within the scope of recognizing the individual, group and organizational structure; in this context, to be able to discuss the relationships between the individual, the group and the organizational structure,
5   Ability to use conflict and resolution methods and ways of coping with stress
6   Recognizing organizational culture and ethical behavior, being aware of organizational change and development.
7   Ability to interpret behaviors that may affect organizational performance,
