Course Objective |

                     This studio course introduces students to the fundamental knowledge and technical skills used by urban planners to create, research, analyze, and implement site-plans at the city and neighborhood level. The course covers and reviews all the required analytical and quantitative techniques for population, employment and areal land-use projections as well as site selection for development planning and site-planning.  |
